We’ve learned that when you find the courage to share your story,
it then becomes our story: and that’s when healing begins.
This is a safe place to find courage in the most vulnerable of moments.
A place where we can go from hurting to healing to helping.

A few words

About us

We have found that everyone deserves the same amount of dignity, no one is greater, no one is less. All of our stories matter. And we are going to take the time to listen. We hope this podcast exposes the darkness where silence sits and allows the light to flood in. Welcome to the Rock Bottom Podcast!

TELL US ABOUT YOUR

ROCK BOTTOM STORY

When we deny our stories, they define us.
When we own our stories,
We get to write a brave new ending.
